Technically, Uber's website says they operate in the area, but in reality, it is highly unreliable for rural Norfolk.

While you can technically open the app in Hockwold-cum-Wilton, you will likely see "No cars available," especially late at night. Most drivers are based in larger cities like Norwich or Cambridge and won't drive out to a small village for a single pickup unless they happen to be dropping someone else off nearby.
